Return Policy, Do we accept returns?

We only accept returns on defective products that are broken upon arrival or incorrect. Please reach out to us with 72 hours of receiving your order. This is because most of our items are engraved or customized to order. If there is ever an issue with your product please reach out to us.

How long do orders take?

Orders typically take 3-5 days to get done for orders under 100 units. Orders over a 100 units can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to ship.

Can I request something not listed on your website?

Yes if you want to request a item we are not selling you can reach out to us at Tannerp@PeralCustoms.com and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

Is there a discount for ordering items in Bulk?

If you are looking to order any customized or 3D Printed item we can offer discounts depending on the size of the full order. For any orders over 100 units we will request a down payment for the order of 20%.

What types of Wood Products can be special ordered?

We can accommodate and find specialty wood for coasters, cutting boards, and tables but it will take additional time to acquire materials. Please inquire with us if you have a custom request and we can estimate time to complete the order?
